Delius Wartenberg (デリウス・バーテンベルク Deriusu Bātenberuku) was a Rear Admiral of the Dorssian Military. He organized the 54th Military Tribunal where he condemned the Prime Minister of JIOR, Ryuji Sashinami, to capital punishment. He was killed by the Valvrave 01's Harakiri Blade.
